I recently had the opportunity to play a couple games of
The Fury of Dracula, from Fantasy Flight Games. The premise is that it takes place after the end of the novel, and that Dracula only appeared to be defeated. During the game, Van Helsing and 3 other characters have to chase Dracula across Europe and try to end his menace once and for all.
The game play is complicated enough that it will confuse children or casual gamers, but for a serious gamer the mechanics are not hard at all. The production quality is amazing, and the game is balanced and fun. If I had to compare it to anything, I'd say it's like the old "Scotland Yard" game from the 80's, but with more options and choices.
